Since medyo nagmamadali kami na maupahan ang condo namin and budget-wise na rin, hindi na muna kami nagpalagay ng drop ceiling. And para naman maging matino ang itsura ng ceiling ng condo namin, since bukilya lang ang existing na light, hubby and I decided to replace it with drop lights.
Kaya ayun, canvas canvas muna kami inside SM and Wilcon. Then we tried to check A&S Lamps along El Grande St. in BF Homes Paranaque. Tamang tama rin dahil they were on sale. Then we chose this drop light...
Ang nice ano? Simple lang pero may dating. Mura lang yan. From more than P3k, natawaran ko hanggang P2,500.00. We bought two sets of this drop light, one for the bed area and one for the dining area.
Then for our condo hallway, I bought this circular light...
Hehe.

A Little Kuwento & Quick Divisoria Shopping
Good mawnin' guys! Long time no hear from me ano?
Last Monday, I went to Makati for my prenatal checkup, twins' vaccination, washing machine delivery to our condo and lighting fixtures installation of our condo. Yes, ganyan ako kapag pumunta ng Makati. Sinisiguradong sulit na sulit ang pagpunta. As always, late na kami nakauwi sa house since past 7pm na natapos ang pag-install ng lights.
Last Tuesday naman, I went with Mama G to Divisoria.
Kailangan na kasi masubmit namin yun before the 14th. Alam niyo naman, gagala na naman kami. Hehehe.
Back to our Divisoria shopping...
When we went to Divisoria, we parked at Lucky Chinatown.
Since maaga kami nakarating, wala pang masyadong tao. Mukhang maganda lang ang tiyempo ng punta namin since it's a Tuesday and hindi pa Christmas rush.
Anyway, ang pakay ko talaga sa Divi is to look for affordable and stylish preggy clothes. Wala na kasi akong damit na malaki laki. Remember, pinamigay ko nung pumapayat na ako? Tapos need ko pa talaga dahil we will go out of the country nga this month. Aside from the preggy clothes, need ko rin magbuy ng new scrub suits for Je Ann. Hehe.
Well, here are my Divi finds that day:
For the Kulilits, I bought them these wooden puzzles...
I bought them also PJs...
Mama G and I bought them additional briefs...
For Je Ann, I bought her 2 scrub suits and a pair of shoes...
Since Je Ann will be celebrating her 18th birthday this September and I promised her that I'll give her panties and towels as a gift, I bought her these...
And sa pabili ni Je Ann, I bought her 3 shorts and 4 blouses. Lahat niyan P350.00 lang...
And for me, I bought the following blouses...
Hehe! Corny ba?
So overall damage ko is less than P4,000.00 lang! Ok ano? Ang dami ko nang nabili. Hehe!
So that's it! That's my little kuwento about my past few days and Divisoria shopping...
Have a nice day guys!!!

Thanks Papa G!
The twins are very lucky. They are loved by everyone - especially their grandparents. Super spoiled sila, lahat halos ng ituro binibili.
You want a proof?
Ang dad ko super kuripot niyan, pero pagdating sa kanyang mga apo all out. Kaya last weekend, all their shopping loots are sponsored by him...
Thanks Papa G for the twins' new sandals, slippers and shades!

Our Future Home
Our first investment as husband and wife is a condominium unit at Makati. We got it on a pre-selling stage way back 2008.
We visited the site this month to check on the progress of the construction. It's almost up. By the way, the target date of turnover will be at the end of this year and we are very excited.
Here are some pictures taken by my hubby:

Food Discovery: Tedi Chocolate Cookies
I have a new discovery and my twins loved it!!!
When I went to the grocery store, I tried to look for animal crackers for my babies. Unfortunately, they don't have any. Instead, I saw this:
It is a bear shaped chocolate cookies by Island Biscuit and it only costs less than P5.00 a pack. I bought one pack first to try if my twins would like it.
I opened the pack one afternoon and gave one piece at a time to my twins so that they could eat it while they are watching a movie. They liked it and finished the pack. Out of curiosity, I tried a piece and it really tastes good. Actually, it tastes like an oreo cookie.
The next time I go back to the grocery store, I will buy these cookies again for my twins.

The Flying House
During my childhood days, one of my favorite cartoon shows is The Flying House. I got to know different Bible Stories and learn good values.
I came across mom center website and learned about the promo of Philippine Christian Book Store or PCBS. They are selling The Flying House and Superbook DVDs 50% off their regular price.
Ok di ba? I'll buy the complete set for my twins. I bet magugustuhan din nila ito like their mommy.
Until August 31 na lang ang promo nila. If you want to buy also, go na!
You can order thru email order@csm-publishing.com or call 851-0521 and 25 or can buy directly at all PCBS branches, other Christian bookstores, and at CSM Bookcorner.
