Insta' Shopping

Hello guys! How's your holy week so far? Do you have any vacation plans? Kami wala! Hahaha! We'll just stay at home and rest (as if naman wala kami sa house lagi di ba? Hehehe). Si hubby naman, he'll do some rounds lang of his in-patients.

Anyway, kanina I went to SM Southmall. Sobrang quick lang ang malling ko since hubby will do some patient rounds pa.

Well, here are my loots:

Sogo swimsuit...

P1,399.75

Hehehe. Ang hirap pa talagang maghanap ng tamang swimsuit for me. Sobrang natagalan ako sa pagpili.

2 in 1 Capri Leggings...

P599.75

Usually kasi ang binibili ko is Soen Leggings eh which is around P500.00 ang isa.

Boy's Brief...

P349.75

I bought briefs na rin for the boys since I'm starting to toilet train them na.

Rash Guard...

P499.75 each

I bought the kulilits rash guard para maiba naman. As much as possible kasi gusto ko magkaiba sila ng color para may distinction.

Food tray...

P120.00 (set of 3)

I bought the kulilits food tray since plastic bowl lang ang meron sila and para mas lalo silang ganahang kumain mag-isa. Ang cheap nito ano? 3 pcs for P120.00 lang. I checked kasi sa Baby Company section ng SM department store. Sobrang mamahal ng mga food trays nila.

Sun block...

P169.00

Though covered ang swimming pool sa Seton, I still bought sun block para siguradong may protection pa rin ang mga kulilits.

Led lights...

P109.75

I bought this since hindi na gumana yung led lights namin kagabi. Pero guess what? I tested again our existing led lights bago ko itapon kanina, lo and behold, gumana ulit!

Fish chicharon...

P21.75 each

Napabili ako ng di oras nito kanina. Bigla kasi akong natom jones eh since hindi pa ako nakapaglunch. Kaya ayun, habang naglilibot, umuupak na ako. Hehehe.

Hehehe.

You know what? May women's churva daw and last day kanina wherein if you buy at least P3,000.00, may additional 10% discount sa total purchase price.

Too Much Heat = Constipation

Super init talaga ng panahon ngayon. As in sobra! Haaayysssttt...

Like this morning. Ang sama ng gising ni Chris. Alam ko na kaagad kung bakit. Kasi it's like 3 days na ata since the last time he pooped. Nakakaawa talaga. Kaya I had no choice kanina kundi bigyan siya ng suppository.

Ayun, after ilang minutes, nag-iiyak na.

Good thing at nakabili ako ng cute tumblers from S&R. At least, ginaganahan uminom ng water yung dalawa. Sabi kasi ni hubby, I should keep them hydrated all the time and should give them Yakult everyday.

How about you mommies out there? How do you keep your kids hydrated? Please share naman some tips.

Nakakapraning Monday

I'm a praning mom today.

Like at their back, may mga heat rashes or bungang araw sila...

Sobrang init kasi talaga ngayon eh. Kahit naka-aircon sila with matching nakatutok na electric fan, pinagpapawisan pa rin. Twice a day din naman sila maligo para mapreskohan - one in the morning and one before going to bed.

Another problem with their skin is yung mga braso and legs nila may mga parang insect bites...

Mukhang hindi naman mosquito or fire ant bites kasi there is no swelling naman sa skin. Flat lang siya and medyo magaspang.  I'm applying nga Giga Tea Tree Cream to it eh. Ang weird lang talaga kasi 3x a day akong nagwawalis ng house and I'm mopping naman the floor.

Haaayyy... What to do? What to do?

Tokyo Bubble Tea

Yesterday, before going home, we passed by Tokyo Bubble Tea. Na-curious lang kasi ako eh nung first time kong nakita yun. Sabi ko sa sarili ko, I'll try it one day. Kaya ayun, niyaya ko si Mama G. I told her na bibilhan ko si kambal para ma-try namin.

Here is the facade of the restaurant. It's a restaurant din kasi eh.

Here is the milk tea preparation area...

Here is the interior of the restaurant. They have a second floor pa.

I checked their menu and ang daming selections.

I ordered large Taro Milk Tea...

and large Royal Milk Tea...

Sulit na rin for the price. And yung bubbles (pearls) niya, you can choose if you want big, small or combined. I chose small bubbles para pwede kay kambal. In fairnes ha, yung bubbles makunat kunat and manamis namis. Yun lang, wala silang small straw. Nahirapan tuloy ang mga kulilits inumin.

Aside from that, I browsed din yung menu nila, parang ang sarap ng food. Nabanggit ko nga kay mommy and hubby eh. Sabi ko minsan itry namin kumain dun.

I'll definitely go back there!

Back to S&R

In my previous post, I mentioned na may topak yung nabili naming alarm clock from S&R kaya nagising ako ng around 4:35am. Kaya yesterday afternoon, we went back to S&R to have it exchanged with a new one.

The people at S&R are very accommodating.

Here is our new digital alarm clock...

While I'm waiting for them na matest yung alarm clock, sinamahan ko muna si Mama G kasi she'll be buying dog food din. On our way sa dog food section, nakakita ako ng katol. Hehehe. Mura lang pala ang katol ano? Sorry, first time ko lang kasing bumili ng katol eh. Haha! P89.95 lang yang 6 boxes na yan.

After S&R, uuwi na kami pero I requested my mom na dumaan muna kami sa Westgate kasi gusto ko itry yung Tokyo Bubble Tea which I'll blog later.

Weight Update as of March 22, 2013

Yesterday, sobrang sarap ng pawis ko after I exercised.

Anyway, I weighed again and I'm very happy to announce that I lost 4 pounds in 1 week this time. So from 196 lbs from my last weight update, I'm down to 192 lbs. Yes I know, mabigat pa rin ako. Pero slowly but surely dapat eh.

Hehehe.

Share ko sa inyo ang pics. Walang edit yan ha...

Ano sa tingin niyo guys? Grabe, parang ginaganahan talaga akong magpursigeng magpapayat! =)

Pasalubong From Lola Es

This afternoon, we had a surprise visit from Lola Es. Buti na lang at nadatnan niya kami dahil nagpreprepare na kami umalis papuntang S&R that time. Ang dami niyang dalang pasalubong for the kulilits! =)

Here are her pasalubong for the kulilits:

New swimwear for their swimming lessons. Hehehe.

Their favorite chilled taho. Sobrang addict ang mga kulilits sa taho. Kapag dumadating ang Lola Es nila at may bitbit na paper bag, automatic alam na nilang taho ang laman nun kaya if their Lola asks them what's inside the bag, they'll answer "Taho". Hehehe.

Langers Cranberry Juice.

She gave us Salazar ensaymada.

Hehehe. We love you! Mwah! =)

Summer is Here

Summer is here! I can feel the heat!

Hehehe.

It was my first time to setup this kinda huge inflatable pool kaya naman mega tagaktak pawis na ako while inflating it. Nagsilbing warm-up ko yan kahapon. Hehehe.

Here are some of the pictures that I took yesterday...

More than one hour ata sila nagbabad nung morning eh. May part 2 pa nga yan after they ate merienda in the afternoon.

Mothers, I just want to share you a video...

Honestly, naluha ako while watching this video. Time flies talaga. Parang kailan lang nung pinanganak ko yung mga kulilits, tapos ngayon 2 years old na sila. Sobrang thankful talaga ako dahil I could cherish every moment with them. Sa ngayon, parang ang hirap isipin na kailangan ko mag let go in the future. Haaaysssttt...

Kulilits Video: On Counting

I'm such a proud mom again! This afternoon, while we are playing, the kulilits are in the mood to count.

Are you ready guys???

Ian, come on down...

Next...

Chris, come on down...

Ang galing ano? He can count 1 to 10 in Spanish. Actually, both of them can count in Spanish. Bale they already know how to count 1 to 10 in English, Tagalog and Spanish. =)

I'm such a stage mom right? Hehehe.

Family Sunday Lunch at Shi Lin

Last Sunday after going to S&R, we went to Alabang Town Center (ATC) to eat lunch at Shi Lin. Shi Lin, for me, is the Philippine version of Din Tai Fung. Din Tai Fung, by the way, is a famous restaurant in Taiwan which is known for their signature Xiao Long Bao (steamed dumplings).

Here is the facade of Shi Lin at ATC...

Inside the restaurant, like Din Tai Fung, there is also a see-through kitchen where you can see how each dumpling is carefully prepared.

Here is the restaurant's interior. You can see that a lot of people are eating there...

We ordered the following:

House Tea...

P88.00

Fresh Taiwanese Tofu...

P128.00

Stir Fry Taiwan Spinach...

P140.00

Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup...

P165.00

Noodles with Shrimp and Pork Wonton...

P188.00

Xiao Long Bao (6pcs)...

P148.00

Fried Chicken Chops...

P195.00

Mushroom and Vegetable Dumplings (6pcs)...

P158.00

and Seafood Omelette...

P88.00

Note: The price indicated above is not inclusive of 5% service charge.

Overall, we had a great dining experience at Shi Lin. The service is fast and they are very attentive to our needs. The food is served hot and delicious. According to hubby, the taste of the Xiao Long Bao is almost the same as the original in Taiwan. The quantity of food served is generous enough which just right for the price. Would you believe that our total bill is only P1,338.07 (net of Senior Citizen discount)?
