Anyway, as of March 4 (Monday), from 205 lbs I'm down to 198 lbs. Finally, hindi na ako 200 pounder. Yeba! Not bad na ha. That's 7 lbs in less than 2 weeks. Major effort na yan - exercise, diet and sasabihin ko na, Life Enzyme.
Sana magtuloy tuloy na ang weight loss ko dahil gusto ko na talaga pumayat!
