CSR: Mushroom Fries

Guys, do you know the Mushroom Burger located at Greenbelt 1 ages ago? Wala na kasi siya ngayon, ginawa nang parking area. Before kasi, we use to eat there and my ultimate favorite is their mushroom fries. Sa Mushroom Burger Tagaytay naman, it is not part of their menu that's the reason why we make our own mushroom fries na lang.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup corn starch
Salt
Pepper
2 Eggs
1/4 Kg oyster mushrooms
Ketchup
Mayonnaise


Procedure:

1. For the batter, mix the corn starch, salt, pepper and eggs.

2. Put the oyster mushrooms into the batter.

3. Fry until golden brown.

4. For the dip, just mix ketchup and mayonnaise.
