Our Condo Unit Inspection for Turnover

Finally, after X number of years, our unit at The Grand Midori Condominium in Makati is now ready for turnover. Before we accept it, we went there last Saturday to inspect our unit. My hubby and I are very pleased since very minimal flaws lang ang nakita namin sa unit - mostly sa painting lang.

Lemme' tour you around our very first major investment as husband and wife:

The facade of our condo. Hindi pa siya completely finished (tower one pa lang ang ready for occupancy) kaya may mga harang harang pa...

The very spacious lobby na hindi pinalagpas ng mga kulilits...

The front door of our condo unit. Ganda ng door no?

Inside our unit. It's a 39sqm studio type unit. You can see na may split type aircon na. Natuwa naman kami kasi kasama na pala siya sa binili namin. We didn't expect it eh.

The very small kitchen. May built in exhaust na (sana sinamahan na ng gas stove no? Hehehe).

The view from our balcony...

The bathroom which includes the glass partition and heater. Inside the bathroom, may provision na rin for the washer and dryer...

In our floor, may small open area...

We went also to the 7th floor to check out the amenities. Though hindi pa tapos, na-appreciate na rin namin.

There is a big swimming pool...

A bar area near the pool...

Play area for the kids...

A room with billiard table and table tennis...

A jogging path...

A function room...

A fitness room with many gym equipments...

Ang ganda ng amenities right? Nakaka-excite tuloy.

We checked also the parking area. Very spacious unlike sa ibang condo. Sayang lang at hindi kami nakakuha. =(

Overall, satisfied na kaming mag-asawa sa nakita namin. Masaya na kami kasi nakikita na namin yung pinaghirapan namin all these years. Yun nga lang, the unit is too small na for us. Hindi na namin matitirhan, we'll just have it rented. At least, self liquidating asset di ba?

  1. My husband and I are waiting for the turn-over of our Condo unit sin Makati too. Just like you, it's too small for us already since we have 2 kids. Our plan is to have it rented also.

    1. Hi there Margot! Thanks for dropping by my blog :) Yeah, having our condo units rented is the best option for us. At least it will self pay our monthly amortization di ba? Siguro in time, house and lot na ang ibuy namin ni hubby para sure na kasya na kami. Hehehe.

      Have a nice day! :)
