This afternoon, I was attacked by my OC-ness. I rearranged our Christmas tree all over again for the 3rd time.
Our Christmas tree was already up last October and it looked like this...
Ang cute no? I used Christmas stuffed toys kasi as ornaments and I used ball lights so I won't need to put Christmas balls na. In short, very attractive and tempting ito sa mga kulilits.
So the twins of destruction keep on picking the lights since they thought these were balls. Ayaw talaga paawat to the point na natumba na nila yung tree. Pero to the rescue si hubby. Pinagtiyagaan niyang iset-up ulit ito.
As a result, tumabingi yung tuktok ng tree and medyo di maganda yung pagkaka-arrange ng mga stuffed toys. But this time, nilagyan na niya ng wooden fence to protect it from the kulilits.
Eto na, di ako nakatiis. Di ko matake na tabingi ang tree namin and asymmetrical ang pagkaka-arrange ng mga ornaments kaya habang tulog ang mga kulilits, dali dali kong tinanggal lahat ng ornaments and lights and I rearranged it.
So it looked like this na...
It is still guarded by the wooden fence.
How about you? How do you protect your Christmas tree from your toddlers? Any suggestions?
