(Mis)Adventures in Japan: Day 5

For our day 5 in Japan, it is our travel from Osaka to Tokyo. Since Mt. Fuji is along the way going to Tokyo, we decided to take a peek of it via Gotemba going to Togendai. We were suppose to ride a ferry boat at Lake Ashi to tour around Hakone. Unfortunately we were unable to see Mt. Fuji and here is the story...

As always and walang kupas, we left the apartment LATE! Hinayaan ko na lang kesa ma-stress pa ako at mapaanak pa ako ng di oras. Go with the flow na lang ika nga nila. Hehehe.

We wore our matchy matchy outfit that day...

Ang cute di ba? Alam niyo ba na may purpose din pala ang pagsuot namin niyan? And that is para hindi kami magkawalaan. Hehehe!

We rode a bullet train on our way to Gotemba...

It was a first time for my son, Christoff, to ride a bullet train. =)

At Gotemba station, we rented lockers para naman hindi namin bitbit ang mga maleta namin.

And because it was raining and it was really foggy that time, it was impossible for us to see Mt. Fuji kaya we decided not to push through na lang to our ferry ride. Sayang naman kasi di ba, ang mahal ng bayad sa ferry pero hindi mo naman makikita and dapat na makita mo.

Instead, we went na lang to Gotemba premium outlets. Supposedly, kita dapat ang Mt. Fuji doon. Since foggy nga, waley talaga chance to see the famous Mt. Fuji. Kaya imbis na si Mt. Fuji ang nakita namin, ang mga marekoy at parekoy na lang namin ang mineet namin. Sino sila? Well, sila lang naman si Pareng Gucci, Mareng Prada, Pareng Balenciaga, Pareng Ives Saint Laurent, Pareng Marc Jacobs at marami pang iba.

Happy happy kami ni Mama G dito... Lalo na at nakipagchikahan kami kila Pareng Gucci at Pareng Ives Saint Laurent. Wink! Hehehe!

Let me tour you around Gotemba Premium Outlets...

Napakalaki nitong lugar na ito I'm telling you! Kahit isang buong araw ka mag-ikot dito, hindi ka maiinip. Yun nga lang, masmagandang pumunta dito ng marami kang dalang datung. Lam niyo na, sarap magshopping di ba kung may pang-gastos ka.

Anyway, kahit bigo kami sa pagtanaw kay Mt. Fuji, umalis naman kami dito na abot tenga ang mga ngiti dahil kahit papaano, nakapagshopping kami. =)

After Gotemba, we went na to Shibuya to check-in to the apartment that we rented. Then pahinga lang saglit and we went out to meet our neighbor (who is working in Japan) for dinner.
