Homeschooling the Kulilits: 10th & 11th Week

After I gave birth last December 16, I resumed homeschooling the Kulilits last January 6, 2014. It's just like we had a Christmas break. Hehe.

Homeschooling the Kulilits with an infant on hand is a different story. It's kind of hard since I have to attend to Christoff whenever he cries so there were gaps in between our study sessions. Just imagine the Kulilits losing their concentration in the middle of our session which I need to regain back when we resume.

Week 10

Week 10 is basically a review week for letters E to H as well as the devotions. Aside from that, we also learned number 10. We also talked about how Joshua led the Israelites to the Promised Land.

Here are some of the activities that we did in week 10:

Number 10 for their counting book...

For counting...

Review of letters E to H...

For letter recognition...

Week 11

For week 11, we studied about some body parts, letter I and order (heaviest to lightest). We also learned this week that God gave each one of us special talents which we should use for God's glory and not our own, being kind like Ruth to her mother-in-law Naomi, how to be hard workers and the devotion for letter I.

Here are some of the activities that we did in week 10:

Drawing activity symbolizing how God helped Gideon choose his people...

For counting...

For letter recognition...

Crafts symbolizing the wheat that Ruth harvested to make bread...

That's all for our weeks 10 and 11. =)
